În perioada 27 - 29 aprilie 2012, toți iubitorii de muzică rock, activitati outdoor și distracție sunt invitați la cea de-a patra ediție a Festivalului Rocker's de la Gârnic, Caraș-Severin.
Formațiile invitate la ediția din acest an sunt Zdob și Zdub,Popa Sapka, Grimus, Toulouse Lautrec, Robin & the Backstabers, Trooper, Altar, Truda și Melmac Riders, organizatorii încercând să susțină prin acest festival muzica rock de calitate, dar și să promoveze obiectivele turistice localizate în Parcul Național Cheile Nerei și Parcul Natural Porțile de Fier, prin organizarea de activități outdoor.
Organizatorii pun la dispoziția participanților posibilități de cazare multiple: pensiuni, case țărănești, camping amenajat cu toate utilitățile necesare. Vor fi amenajate și standuri cu vânzare de produse alimentare, băuturi, echipamente moto, echipamente outdoor, cd-uri și dvd-uri cu muzica.

Festivalul Internaţional de Blues - BluesFest Lugoj, ed. a III-a
Festivalul Internaţional de Blues "BluesFest" este organizat anual de către Casa de Cultura a Municipiului Lugoj, în parteneriat cu Primaria Lugoj şi Consiliul Judeţean Timiş. Prima ediţie a festivalului a avut loc în februarie 2009 şi a purtat "semnătura" organizatorica a marelui muzician şi promotor al blues-ului şi jazz-ului în România, Bela Kamocsa. În ediţiile anterioare, pe scena Teatrului Municipal, locul de desfăşurare a festivalului, au fost prezente nume importante ale blues-ului din Ungaria (Matyas Priboyski Band, Molnar Dixieland Band), Serbia (Bluefamilie Band) şi România (Bega Blues Band, Vali "Sir Blues" Racila, Crossroads, Marcian Petrescu şi Trenul de Noapte). In less than 2 years, Tudor and Ada have created Salsa Brillante Dance School and they begin developing salsa on 2 in Romania. Formaţia de balkan ska şi gypsy punk PoPa SapKA va susţine vineri noaptea un concert în clubul Setup Venue din Timişoara sub motto-ul „everything is good”. Amatorii de astfel de ritmuri vor avea parte de o distracţie pe cinste pe textele colorate ale băieţilor, cântate în engleză, rusă, română şi găgăuză. În deschidere la PoPa SapKA are loc un recital susţinut de trupa Phaser.
Doar o singura cladire din Timisoara, situata in zona centrala a orasului, corespunde standardelor constructiilor de birouri clasa A, scrie Banateanul . Este vorba despre cladirea City Business Center, situata in imediata apropiere a Pietei 700, o prima cladire dintr-un complex de alte cinci care vor fi ridicate pe o suprafata ultracentrala de 14.500 de mp.
Cele cinci cladiri vor avea, in final, o suprafata neta de inchiriat de 7.500 de mp si 2.000 mp destinati sectorului de retail, desfasurati pe S, parter, mansarda si sase etaje. Liga Europei la Box: Spectacol de lasere, lumini, fum şi muzică
Francisc Vaştag, Leonard Doroftei, Mihai Leu şi Dorel Simion vor fi prezenţi astăzi la Timişoara la gala contând pentru ultima etapă din faza grupelor Ligii Europene de Box.
Timişoara va fi astă-seară gazda confruntării dintre echipele României şi Slovaciei la box. Gala contează pentru ultima etapă din faza grupelor Ligii Europene de Box. Momentan, România ocupă primul loc în grupă, devansând Slovacia. Gala de Box România vs. Slovacia din cadrul Ligii Europene de Box este un eveniment extrem de important pentru boxul românesc și de aceea organizatorii au pregătit un spectacol aparte. În jurul ringului sunt amplasate reflectoare și lasere. Potrivit organizatorilor, intrarea sportivilor români va fi un moment triumfal. Fiecare român va fi acompaniat de muzică și va fi primit cu jocuri de lasere, lumini și fum. Organizatorii au invitat nume grele din lumea boxului, printre care Francisc Vaştag, Leonard Doroftei, Mihai Leu şi Dorel Simion. Gala de Box România vs. Slovacia va începe la ora 18:00, iar intrarea este liberă.

Ringul va fi montat în mijlocul sălii, și va fi îmbrăcat în schele metalice pe care vor fi amplasate reflectoare și lasere. “Faptul că această competiție vine la Timișoara înseamnă că trebuie să o onorăm așa cum se cuvinte. Din punctul nostru de vedere, dincolo de spectacolul sportiv, o gală de box trebuie să fie ea în sine un eveniment-spectacol de la care spectatorii să plece cu amintiri foarte plăcute”, a spus Dan Pătraşcu, din partea organizatorilor.
Cea de-a 17-a ediţie a Topului Firmelor din Judeţul Timiș reuneşte 6.296 de firme care au depus bilanţul contabil pentru anul financiar trecut și au îndeplinit criteriile de eligibilitate, intrând în competiţie. Dintre acestea, 484 de firme au reuşit să se claseze pe primele trei locuri, la cele 6 domenii de activitate, 62 de grupe de activităţi şi 5 clase de mărime. Organizat de Camera de Comerţ, Industrie şi Agricultură Timiș, Topul Firmelor reprezintă cea mai prestigioasă competiţie la care participă societăţile comerciale cu sediul în Timiş.
Cu o tradiţie de 17 ani, Topul Firmelor înseamnă garanţia succesului în afaceri, legitimitate şi prestanţă. Juriul, care analizează şi decide ierarhia firmelor, este format din persoane care ocupă cele mai înalte şi importante funcţii în instituţiile care reglemetează mediul afacerilor din Timiş. Zilele principale ale festivalului vor fi gazduite in acelasi complex industrial dezafectat de pe Str. Gheorghe Lazar nr. 26 (fostele hale Fructus - aceleasi ca si in 2008, 2009), cu intrarea de pe Strada Pictor Zaicu din zona centrala a Timisoarei.
Pe 10 si 11 septembrie, la ANPORA Music Arena, in Timisoara, va avea loc a cincea editie TranceVibrations.
